Hello, Can I recover my BV files using FTP by moving them back to my computer? I tried and when I open the file on BV it states "failed to open document" Any help would be appreciated! Chris          |

You can download from BV>File>new>from the internet. Just enter the url of the page you want to download and it will be opened in BV for you to save.
