Just add what ever you want in your "index.bvp" page and republish.

Evertime you add something to any page you will need to republish.

Hamanda I'm sure Zuriatman will be along soon but hopefully my explanation may help also.

It most instances you won't need the Cpanel that often. I typically use it to create addon domains and set up email address.

The FTP manager however is a great way to upload images or documents to the server.

Each thing you upload will generate an address or url for it, for example, If I uploaded a image say boat.jpg the url will be http://www.mysitename.com/boat.jpg or if I uploaded a document called mydocument.pdf the url will be http://www.mysite.com/mydocument.pdf

Another words it just gives you the added flexability of linking to documents and images without laying them out on BV page to be published.

I hope this helps

Upload using Bluevodas built in FTP

In BV click Tools>FTP Manager, then connect.

On your left you will see all your PC file and on the right are all your server files.

On the right click on your public_html folder. When you do, you should recognise all the pages you have made.

If you have an images folder in this location. Click to open it and you can drag the images from the left into it.

The url will be http://www.mysite.com/images/myimage.jpg

If you don't have a folder called images, you can drag the images in the same place as where you see all your pages.

The url will then be

The url will be http://www.mysite.com/myimage.jpg

As I explained earlier FTP is useful for both images and documents such as .pdf

I get feeling you are confusing what you should publish as what you should upload??

To create an html page, you have to build a page in BV and PUBLISH it (not upload it)

The first page you publish is index but I think you know this already.

On your second page if you just put a picture on it and saved the page as image, when you PUBLISH it the url will be http://www.mysite.com/image.html

I hope this makes things clearer?
