Thread: Publishing error urgent!

Can please somebody guide me out from this problem.
I am owning an older account with vodahost and have succesfully published and created my private webpage last year
So I have experience with Bluevoda and Vodahost.

This time I have purchased a new domain+hosting package for my new website, have created the front page and just wanted to publish it and get all the time this error:

Internet exception error:12014

Details;
The request to connect and log to the FTP server could not
be completed because the supplied password is incorrect.
--------------------------------------

Now I have me registration emial from vodahost just in front of me and input the right IP adresse, the right username and the right password . . and that at least 50times (no copy paste).

Why do I get this pubishing error? and by the way just found out I can also not login in to cpanel with the supplied password/username from vodahost!!

Have you also updated your security on your machine to allow BV to be used.
IE: Norton/AVG/

thanks for the info, I have tried to switch off my Mcafee security center, but it doesn`t affect the bluevoda software.
Also did I tried to log in in to CPanel (as mentioned in my first post) and the password was also denied . . . I basicly then requested a new password from Cpanel, entering my username, and got the message that a new code got send to my emial. Now I didn`t recieve any email to my email account!!!

Can somebody help me out, I am so desperate.

Sounds like you need to pop in a support ticket if you cant get into your c-panel, as it cant be solved on the forum.
