Thread: My site is not listed in any search engines

I have had my site for a while now and it was just brought to my attention that when people search for the site using a search engine such as google, yahoo or any, my site is not listed. my site is www.firstuccburl.org it is a site for my church. I have typed in everything I can think of like First United Church of Christ, Burlington Churches, etc and other churches from our city are listed but not ours, why is that?

you have to index your site with google - you have to make sure your keywords etc... are done correctly.

Can try changing the titles to some of your pages. IE:
"First United Church of Christ Burlington" Might be better than "FirstUCC Home" for your home page.

How do I index my site with google?

Google will auto pick up on the site. But VH will do this for you as a one off. Just pop a support ticket in & they will tell you what's needed.
