Thread: publishing problem

When I try to publish my pages firstly the Server IP address options in the box are not the same as the one in my confirmation email. Going ahead and putting in the UN and password then publishing gets the message. Internet exception error 12014 Details: The request to connect and log on the FTP server could not be completed because the supplied password is incorrect.

The password was the one given to me for publishing, but the Server IP in the email was not an option in the drop down box. Please help.

Nyoman is correct. Same happened to me - I had to re-download BV - you won't lose anything - and then the right ip addresses will be there.
