server ip number not there

hi
im trying to publish my site but when i tried the server ip on my welcome email isn't on the dropdown list of numbers. i've upgraded to the latest version of blue voda and restarted my pc but its stil not there
please help!

the ip address on my welcome email is 70.86.134.194

Then you simply don't have the last version. Download it again,

You should upload here your links, otherwise nobody can tell you what is wrong about your links.
