Thread: Addon domain "not loading"

I accidentally created two files in cPanel for my addon domain.
Primary domain is bestintentionsfarm.com, and my addon domain is reconnect-relationsips.com.

The two files I created for the addon are:
reconnect-relationships.bestintentionsfarm.com and
reconnect-relationships.com

Which is correct?

I am "publishing successfully" the new addon, but get the error message that it is not loading when I go to view it online, is it because of my file error?

1) I would firstly buy the name reconnect-relationships.com because its still available.
2) Change the name servers to the ones VH gave you. (Same ones as for your primary domain).
3) The addon settings look OK to be honest but if you've done 1 & 2, wait 24 hours (sometimes quicker*) and then publish your new site to public_html/reconnect-relationships.com

*To check the status of your domain I always do a who is search. Heres yours http://who.is/whois/reconnect-relationships.com/

Something is going on though. Is this your intended 'addon site'? http://reconnect-relationships.bestintentionsfarm.com/

I purchased the domain name through VodaHost on November 4th, and received confirmation of my purchase, so I certainly should own it by now. I will open a support ticket on that issue. The two sites should be unrelated to each other, therefore the .bestintentionsfarm I believe is unecessary.

OK good luck with getting your domain sorted out. Whatever you do, DON'T go deleting anything in your cpanel because it does look as if its set up correctly. This is normal 'reconnect-relationships.bestintentionsfarm.com', it just suggests you have created a folder within the public_html.

When support does sort out your domain, just revisit post 2, step 3.
