Thread: publishing help required

Hi can anyone check this out for me.
I have been running my site for well over a year having no problems with adding content, the site as been left without any alterations for a number of months, when I visited my site I was greeted with Site Under Construction (not my index page)
Despite many attempts to publish a revised index page I am still greeted with the same page stating Site Under Construction. Can anyone help with this?

Did you perchance receive a notice of renewal in the mail?
That's usually a scam.

I am having the same problem. Have been using BlueVoda for about 5 years and know how to publish my pages. I updated two pages earlier today and had no problem. I have tried several things and searched the forum to see what it could be. I am at a loss.

I checked whois.net and my server still shows as VodaHost.

I have added a new header, removed a Facebook badge and added a survey for customers after they make a purchase. This is the page I am having troubles with...

When I publish the page it says "successfully published." I checked to make sure I was not publishing it to my second site and I am not. Just Public_html.

Hope someone can help. It might be something really simple that I am not seeing! YIKES!!!

Submit a Support Ticket asking if there has been a server change for your account.

Just did that. Thank you, hopefully that is it.

Hmmmm.... no server changes. Can NOT figure this out!!!

Just did a little test. Opened another page, made a small change and published and it worked.

Could it have anything to do with adding a form????

Got it but now I have a new issue. The page was not set to html. Changed it, published changes but it includes coding at top of page.

Submitted a Support Ticket.
Came back fully paid up and account still running, still able to publish pages from Blue Voda but published pages not showing on site still at a complete loss.

What are the pages?
Please, post the page link with a space some where in the link so that this does not end up in the SERPS.
Can you post a screen shot with the BV web builder showing one of the pages?

As you probably realise I have very little knowledge of computer systems and jargon when things run smoothly great, soon as there’s a hiccup whoops, anyway I hope this is what you requested to try to solve my dilemma.

The page name is wrong.
You are publishing it as index.bvp
It must be saved and published as " index " nothing else added to the end.
