The server ip should have been sent to your email. If you are paying for a static IP I would think they would email it (but im not 100% sure since I don't use one).

They tell you what this is when you register for your hosting package. It will be in your 'welcome' email.

I'm sorry, but even though I kept looking I never got Welcome Email. I got my password from "forgot password" on the login page
