Default Publish page as htm instead of html

Can BlueVoda publish webpages with the htm extension instead of html? I don't see an option for this.

I have a website with htm extensions and I don't want to change to html because I'll lose page rank and break lots of links from other sites.

I'm afraid you can't. You can, however, change the page extension on the server (through FTP) after you have published them.
