I have been publishing as late as 14 hours ago with no problems. Now I am receiving the following:
Internet Exception Error 12031
"The connection with the server has been reset."
Any help would be appreciated and I thank you in advance.

A 12031 error means that the connection to the server was reset.
If you are using a wireless adapter, the adapter may have lost its
association with the access point. If you are using a modem, the
network coverage was lost. Keep trying to up/load files.
You also may want to try the below work around for connection
time outs:
1. In windows go to Start, select run and type: Regedit
2. Find this key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\BlueVoda 7\BlueVoda 7\Publish\
3. Add a new DWORD value with the name ConnectionTimeout
4. Enter the value in seconds for example 360 (default is 30)

Thanks for the quick reply.
I am using a modem. I unpluged it for a few minutes. I also cannot get my website to come up on the internet on either of my computers.
I changed my connection timeout as you suggested (although I don't know what it does, but I don't need to know, I totally trust your knowledge).
My website is www.foodgiftsandmore.com
I will keep trying, but welcome any more suggestions.
Thanks for your help.
It is working now. Just as suddenly as it quit, it started working. I do not know if it was something ya'll did or not, but I thank you.

Help.....
I am receiving this same Error Message. I am not being able to figure it out at all. I tried the steps above. I'm not sure if I did them correctly, but it did not work. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Try resetting your modem and router.
It is clearly a simple connection issue on your end .... resetting things should clear out any temporary block.
