    Default publishing information

    Says user password is incorrect? I have double checked the user name and password several times. I have even copied and pasted them in the box's. the only thing I can think of is that the IP address I was givin in the email I got is not listed? Why is that? I am very new at this and I can use some help.

    usethe link above, then click on "contact vodahost support" and see if they can reset your passcode - no, your password would not be your IP address

    - but before puting in a ticket, here is a little trouble shooting:
    >> be sure you choose your correct server IP in the drop down menu
    >> and maybe retry using the pass code they sent - making sure you don't leave any blank spaces otherwise I don't know what else to tell you. Hope this helps though =)

    oh, you'll need your control pannel user name to fill out a support ticket...
    it is in the welcome letter VH sent to you.
