Thread: Trouble with downloading

Hi,

I really do not know how this works. I cannot seem to get answers so I am asking here and I receive an answer.

My computer crashed and I now have a new computer with Windows 7. My backup bvp. files do not open right. I have downloaded a few pages and saved them under a bvp. file. However, when I preview them the images are not there. There are white boxes with an x in the upper left hand corner. What do I do now? I would appreciate some help. I am not real technically educated.

You need to re-establish the paths to each image from the folder to the page itself, and then re-publish the pages. Re-introduce the images onto your pages, re-save the pages, and then publish them to establish these paths.
