Thread: Just got web hosting but cant Pub

I finished my first page and would have liked to publish it, but cant and after seeing the tutorials apparently I was supposed to receive an email with the server ip to select in the publish box, I received atleast 5 emails from VH, one being a welcome and the others being confirmations of my service and purchase subscriptions none of the emails detailed the ip and I'm sitting here with an error 12014 that my password is incorrect which is, a finished page that cant be published and an account with hosting status as pending. Just need a little help to make to the next step.

Simple ... request a Password Reset by Submitting a Support Ticket.

Yeah I was right the email for the ip was never sent nor my temp username and password to my CP. I sent in a help ticket and they fixed the problem I stayed up late but it got done and now Im ahead of schedule. 3pages complete
