Thread: Help Center LIVE !!!!!

As one can see from the files in cPanel listed below. I have opt-in for the Help Center LIVE for use on my website at http://Martech-Inc.biz website.

My question is as follows:

How might I be able to install this live support into the Contact_Us.html page? There appears to be no banner, link or anything that I have seen that would /could be used to direct someone to the live help program.
Would I need to add the Contact_Us.html page to the Help folder, or the Help to the Contact_Us.html page? I tried both ways with no favorable results.

Don't know why, but every time I click on the link to this thread- it prompts me to sign into my c-panel.

yeah i get a prompt to sign in as well, also i see alot of directories and files there, they are not mine though .... and alot of red x's ....

more ghostbusters needed .... lol

I had to delete some of his stuff, he copied a bit of cpanel code.

Take a peek into your images file, and you should find some .ico files listed....
See if your cPanel/Admin asks you to specify which icon you want displayed, and make your selection.

I am assuming this is the correct procedure, as I am still waiting for someone to answer my earlier thread of which CRM utility is best....most of these utilities (like forums, carts, etc.) run the same process, so should you have no identifiable images you may wish to dive into the support Forum that has all the answers your looking for...
