Thread: OScommerce error importing files

I have the files uploaded into the oscommerce temp area and they can be seen. When I try to import I get the following:

"Not Acceptable -
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /admin/easypopulate_basic.php could not be found on this server."

Where is this coming from and how do I fix it?

Customer Care referred me to here for a solution.

Only thing I can think of is you may have a dodgy install of oscommerce in the uploading files sector, the file easypopulate_basic.php appears to be missing. Check firstly to see if the file 'easypopulate_basic.php' is present in your file manager and if not try reinstalling the file itself again, rather than a full reinstall at this point, and see if that works. If not try a full reinstall of oscommerce and let us know the outcome.
