I'm pretty sure .RAR files are forbidden on the server and will not work correctly. (from my experience anyway). Your best bet is to unzip onto your pc and use FTP to transfer or once it's on your pc use winzip to zip all the extracted files up. Upload that to the server and then once it's uploaded click on the winzip file within file manager which is located in Cpanel and select extract all which will then be present in the top right of your screen.
