Thread: special guest form

Hello everyone;
My son-in-law is sick and bed ridden but still sane in mind. My daughter asked me if i could set up a page on my web site where people could email him comments and he could return the answer or thank them through this form. Is there such an animal and where do I start looking and reading and doing?

you could set up a forum with a thread just for him. maybe a myspace blog would be good. Or you could make a contact form where the action would send the email to his email. Then he could reply to the email addresses provided.
