Thread: Script & Code adding

Hello All,
I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right forum, but I hope so.
I found two great elements (thanks to these forums) that I want to add to my site, but I'm not quite sure how to do it.

One is a menu bar:

Also, (I know, I'm getting greedy now but here it goes any way)
I know there is a script/code/crack that allows ActiveX controls without it popping up on the top of the screen.
Does any body know where I can find it.
And how I put it on my site.
