you have 3 tutorials on making forms. i would use the ABVFP software supplied by Naval and Blue Voda. Plus if you need special coding he will be of great assistance.

I watched those tutorials. I think Java script needs to be involved.
I am willing to pay if somebody could help me to do this

Lightbulb Consider using a Free or Low-Cost utility script entirely!

First, you should explore the available tools that are pre-configured specifically for what you are asking for, such as these:

    http://auto-sales.qarchive.org/

    http://www.getfreesofts.com/scriptscategory/12/6/1/0.html

    http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/downloads/search.php?string=auto+sales&search=All&match=Any& search_btn=Search+%3E%3E%3E

    http://www.hotscripts.com/search?q=auto+sales&cat=All&imageField.x=26&imageF ield.y=8

....and a whole lot more out there!

If you select one and feel like you're in over your head, you'll find affordable help here.

Red face Re: how can I create this type of form ?

Sorry! I mis-read the issue earlier.

You should be thinking along the lines of "Site Search" and a function that is probably Database-driven in php rather than a simple script, as this tool will scour information of a single "file" (if you will) similar to Search found in cart-based systems.

You can simplify the matter by limiting your variables at the outset of a defined Search querry, or go First-Class (for instance, with Mercado).
Finding a middle ground will probably require some custom programming, and there are a few of us here in VodaTalk that do this affordably, as well as outside sources --- you can post your project, for instance, at www.odesk.com and www.getafreelancer.com to see where the rest of the world thinks a budget will be set...

Thumbs up Re: how can I create this type of form ?

Honestly? Your best bet is probably to have General Navaldesign write something up for you, since it is pretty simple to do and have mate perfectly with your BV build .... and he can make it so it is easily administrated by you as well.

Make your inquiry/request via an email at his website.

(My Progam Team is a bit more "specialized" and still reluctant to work within BV's parameters)

    Answer on it's way.

This one requires a 4 level Ajax dependent drop down. OR, a hardcoded Javascript (as in your example link). Honestly, i would personally go for the database / Ajax driven dependent dropdowns, as it is much easier to manage/update and changes are automatically reflected in your page.

Some clarifications are needed: in your example, the selection of a product (last dropdown) also displays a picture of the product in the center window. Is it something you also want ?

Last: which is your your Cart ? PayPAl, Roman, other ?
