Thread: Last Step of Instalation of Soholaunch

Hi everyone!

I have an issue installing Soholaunch with Fantastico, in the last process of installing the soholaunch by Fantastico, it appears an error 404 telling me that the instalition can't be finish..

Can you help me..?

Why does it say it cant be finished? Are you installing it in a previously used directory that has files in it? with similar names to the files soho uses?

Not enough information here to really help you. If you are trying to install it in a previously used directory put in a support ticket for them to reset and install it. If not ..put in a support ticket anyway.

Thank you Karen, but I go to the Fantastico main menu, and I install the Fantastico with the steps the say to me, It doesn't ask for any directory, only my domain my Admin user and my password as administrator, later on it says, that Soholaunch will be install in "X" directory of my SQL and it will be created, later on it appears the buton of fish the instalation, and I click it, and appears the page telling me that there is an error...

Why is that???

ok.. directory domain same thing.

1.) did you create the new domain to install it to? or was this a pre existing domain?

2.) did you ever publish or install anything else in this domain?

It cant install over anything else. It has to be a CLEAN domain. Again.. there is MORE that it says.. What is the EXACT ERROR that it gives?

Ok i am going to add to the confusion. I tried to instal soholaunch myself today through fantastico. my error said can not complete instillation as there is already a script in it.

From what i understand of Karens post soholaunch cant install if another script is there, thats fair enough

My question is i dont want to remove/delete the scripts i allready have (they are for login/register) so how would i go about installing soholaunch and keeping the scripts i alreasy have?
