we added a form thru bluevoda site builder and it shows up in the preview but not where we uploaded it www.gapbridge.com/areacodeproperties.html any idea what could be wrong? Thanks         |

If you are using .html at the end of the page name and url, change this to .php ... when you publish forms the default page setting is .php and needs to remain that way and you will need to change all your links to this form page as well ..
