I'm having an issue with VotePro, I followed all of the instructions listed on how to set it up, but when I go to the site to load it, all I get is our custom error page. I contacted VodaSupport with no luck. Here's what they wrote me:

What am I doing wrong? I created the MySQL Database, uploaded the files to the public HTML directory, changed permissions, and tried to access it.

BTW, I starred out the Treasure Chest Password just so it doesn't get indexed by a search engine and you have unauthorized people accessing the free software. I don't want non-subscribers to take advantage of it, so I did that for your protection.
