Have you uploaded all the FMP file to your sever as i'm not getting anything at http://www.birthepollmeier.com/fmp/ or http://www.birthepollmeier.com/fmp/install.php

Worth also noting that you have to do some work with FMP if you want to use it for uploading images.

Am I thinking that I should have uploaded the file into the birthepollmeier.com folder in the public_html directory rather than into the public_html directory. All the files are there including css, images, etc

For what ever reason it must not of uploaded as there is no link on http://www.birthepollmeier.com/fmp/install.php

I am assuming this is the only site you have on your account? Because if its been placed in the public_html area, it will be under your other & original domain name.

If not! I would go to your cpanel & have a look around.

Hi

Thanks for the above. I am still stuck.

I have tried my main domain. Nothing.

I have main domain and three sub domains.

I am still not sure what I am doing wrong. If I cant get this right then I will ask someone here to install it for me.

I found the details in file manager and noticed that only a few perms showing 0755 and the rest mainly php files 0644. I thought they were meant to be all 0755. Would they need to be changed all to 0755 and how do I do that?

Hi

I have found it however I was querying about the perms which I believe has to do with chmod as per installation instructions. I noticed under fmp file under public_html folder that some of the perms showing 0755 and the rest (mainly php ones) showing 0644. Am I supposed to have them all 0755?

Thanks for your help again

The most common problem with FMP is that all the file have not fully uploaded. Check against the files in your computers folder & the ones you have on line at your server, making sure they all match & are of the same size. Many have had problems with this program.
Is there a reason you are not using the normal BV form?
