Thread: Installing a program in BlueVoda

I would like to build a site and add program i have to it.

My programmer need this:
"The hosting provider you need will need to be running
Microsoft Windows with IIS, with the possibility of
installing Server Object DLLs."

Do you have that on BlueVoda?
