If I create a long form that I split up onto several pages with a continue button to move from one page to the next in order to complete the form, is there a way that when someone is done with the form that they can submit it and all the pages will get emailed together? I don't want them to have to submit each page separately, as this would be unweildy.

OR

do I have to have the whole form completed on one of my pages in order for it to submit as one whole form?

If the form action is just am email address then it will all have to be one 1 page. If the action is a processing page, you can have the form divided into as many pages as you want

How do I make it a processing page so it will link together and then get emailed to me as one survey?
