I have downloaded a java form and it worked fine but the problem is when a person submits there information for the newsletter where do you go to check which people have submitted there information

This should be part of the info sent by the form. It should contain an email field, name field, and maybe some more info. So this info should be in the email you receive from the form or in your database if the script stores this info in a database, or both.
