Default Looking for a webmaster Guru!

I need to add a section onto a site I have already made www.roomsinworcester.co.uk .

Basically I want property landlords to be able to click on a link which then allows them to leave details on the site of properties they have available to rent including their contact details for perspective tenants to contact them on.

I want the landlord to have to go through a payment system (maybe Paypal) to be able to leave their entered details on the site.

I want this whole process automated.

So my questions are:

1) Is this possible?

2) Who would like to do this for me?

3) How much will it cost me?

4) How soon can you do it?

My client is paying a lot of money through the Google sponsored program to have high listings and as a result we have had a lot of other landlords wanting to list their properties on this site, so this is a very serious posting.

If you can do the job and your price is good then it's yours!

Hi, there are quite a few good programs that let you enable others to come on board & place there own listings on your site. I set this one up for a friends car site. (not finished yet) http://www.brookscommercial.co.uk/ But the property is very similar in the way that it works. There is a demo at this link. http://curve2.com/c2realty.php

Good luck.

Hi Chris,

FANTASTIC thank you! I will probably use this, I need to speak with my client first though. I notice you are in the UK too, if I were to get stuck using it, would you be willing to help me out for a fee?

Also, do you know if I can set it up so people have to pay for adding a listing?

Hi, the suppliers of the software are very helpful & if i remember they are now installing it free. I am still a bit green on this one & would like to find out a bit more on introducing it into BV web pages using Navals .php page method as i just have it in an iframe on the link above. (Not very SE friendly). But if i can help, don't hesitate to ask. One thing to look out for with the software is that you have to put a new security code in about 30-40 days later & this is just a one off unless you move the program to another site or folder.

Cheers.
