Hey everyone! I am really looking to sell my website quite soon, but there are just some adjustments I need to make to it first. Overall I feel like it looks pretty nice (minus the adjustments that are needed) and I really need some $. Not sure how much I would be able to get, but I am looking to sell it soon! If anyone has any suggestions or would like to maybe help me sell it?? -I could really use some help! :/

You won't like my answer - but the only way you'll be able to sell this website for anything more than the price of a domain name - would be if it's making any money - and you'd have to be able to show that to any potential buyer.

I'm really just looking to make a little money from my website since i have been told a few times that it will not sell unless it is bringing in money. does anyone think my website would bring in $? I have adsense on there but i am going to need to make another account because i forgot all my login details. does anyone have tips that could help me out and start bringing in a decent amount of money through adsense fairly quickly? like advertising, "secrets," etc...
