How to work with Two(2) Forms on a single Page:

Required Elements:

1) Bluevoda page containing the Newsletter form in the top left hand corner of the page - save & publish.

2) 2nd Bluevoda page containing an Iframe, linked to the page containing your Newsletter Form, and also containing your 2nd Form.

Instructions: Publish your 2nd Page, which contains the Iframe and the form, with the php extension.
