Voda host members and tech. support. I discovered you should not use NETSCAPE as your internet browser when using Soholaunch. It won't load any of the templates. You have to use Internet Explorer. Netscape has more pop up protection and stops them from loading, period.

The initial instructions advise using IE v.6+, as well as diabling any pop-up blockers, which make Logon to your Control panel possible.
