Thread: Can make site first then buy domain and hosting?

I think i d choose Soho for online ecommerce. Is this choice correct?

It will take me considerable time to finish my website before publish it. So it i use Soho, could i prepare and make my website,then buy the annual domain & hosting when finish? Is it ok?
