What would be the best way to get SohoLaunch support? Since VodaHost bought a license from SohoLaunch, are we entitled to free support from them? Having a hard time with the authorize.net in my shopping cart.

They have a forum etc, and yes, since its the full license, you should have access to their support. Go to soholaunch.com and click on the forum, and join, similar to this one, in fact.

Even with the new SSL being installed you are still having issues? In the event you have to reinstall it, make sure you download your database before you kill it, and save it, that way you can reinstall it and then reup your database.
