Thread: how to update

I am having a problem in updating my soholaunch everytime I tried a message is always popping up :

Unable to extract downloaded build file. The extract command failed.

How can I update my soho wiuthout getting this problem?

How are you updating? In the soho cpanel, main page on the bottom tier, go to webmaster and then click on the very last tab there and click the update button. When its finished you hav to log out and log back in for it to take effect. If you are doing this, then, Im not sure what the problem is.

yes, that is what I did. I can't figure out whats wrong...I just hope that somebody will help me...
