Thread: External Link.

Email Address: Brandie_bluetogo******.com

I have a link in my navbar that directs visitors to an external site, (Adlandpro). When someone clicks on that link, they are taken to the Adlandpro website or rather my affiliate page with Adlandpro. I want it to do that, but when they leave the Adlandpro site, it closes the browser rather than return them to my site. What do I need to do to correct thiis.

I want them to be able to go to the Adlandpro link, but I want them to be returned to my site when they leave Adlandpro.

That would be programming that might have to be done on the Adloandpro site to return them to you - are they willing to do that? The other option would be to have that site open in a new window - so when they close it - they still have your site open.

You could also use an I-frame with the external url as the link for the iframe. this way your clients will always remain at your site.

You cant use an iframe that im aware of with Soho and make it operate well. The external link button in soho isnt easily programable but you could try to use the target_"blank" http::the rest of your link here and see if that works. Otherwise I would suggest making a text link that you can control to your ad pages.
