Thread: Transfer of site from Yahoo Site Builder to Soholaunch

Hi...

I just joined BV and Soho and am needing some help...

How do I transfer a site that I created with Yahoo Site Builder into Soholaunch? Please type slowly and use little words as I am very new to all of this...

Dori,

I dont know that you can transfer the WHOLE site including templates to soho, but you could use a csv file (comma seperated value) to transfer your products to the soho store. You would have to make a product or two in soho to get the formatting down for your database on vodahost mysql, then format the one you download from your yahoo store to match it. In the manual I believe there are instructions for doing this in soho.

That might be a little over my head but I will give it a try. If nothing else I can always rebuild it. Time consuming... but something I think I can handle.
