Thread: Template Tantrums (please help)

None of the templates provided by soholaunch are useful with a party favors store which is my website use. I have tried to make some with adobe illistrator and photoshop but I don't know how to save them with the right file format that soholaunch can use them. What is the right file format to save it to ? Can we use the templates provided in Blue Voda and somehow transfer those over? If I buy a premade template online can those be used with it? Can someone please give me step by step or some guidance as 2 days into this and I'm going nuts over just the templates. PLEASE HELP.
