Hi

I am currently running my website www.p3sa.com through blue voda.
I would like to experiment with the Soho site builder, but I want to know if I can build this website offline, and then change sites when I am ready to launch?
Can I continue as I am until this site is ready? Or is the changeover immediate?
I am weary of downloading it, until I am sure that I can continue on as I have been in the meantime.

You can build your outer pages with Blue voda and then link them to the soho storefront and continue as you have been.

Soho will have to be installed into its own domain or subdomain, and it works ONLINE and its live immediately. It must be installed on the web to run. Its not a desktop application. Most store builders arent.

How can I switch to Soho without destroying my current work?
The instructions say to get a complete reset?

Well, can you clarify what you mean?

If you make a subdomain to install soho, it wont destroy your current work. Or.. if you put it in an add on domain. Its only if you install it over a current domain and it overwrites the index file. I dont know why youd need a complete reset.

You can do add ons and subdomains thru your main cpanel. If you do an addon.. you will need to buy an additional domain name.
