I am wondering, what is the label in Soho and what is it's use and how can we use ?

I assume you are talking about Navigation Buttons and labes? Label is what you want the button to say? Which is the name of your page and Button is if you want text links or a css button for them to click on.

Otherwise I have NO idea what you speak of.

in the text editor of soho, there is insert label in the left corner. I want to use label but i do not know much about it. so can you help me ?

LOL.. Well then thats a NEW One.. ive never even noted.. so you know as much about it as i do.. drag one down there and find out what it does.
