Thread: Question about soho web site builder

Can someone tell me what they think the problem is or what I am doing wrong? When I go into my web site builder I keep getting this pop up from Internet explorer that says problems with this web page might prevent it from displaying right. An example is when I click on shopping cart it pops up and says

URL: http;//www.thriftsusedbutnotabusedstyore.com/sohoadmin/program/modules/mods_full/shopping_cart/displaysettings.php?=SID
Also when I fill out any information example like shipping policies and click on save and then come back to check it all the information I filled in is gone. Is this suppose to happen?

Well for one.. you have http; instead of http:

and second, i dont think you can link us to view your admin panel. Run the IT diagnostics from the help menu by clicking on the yellow question mark. And see if you can rerun updates or correct issues that way. If you have altered a template it could be a template running error with the cart template... sometimes they both have to be edited to run correctly. If none of these solve your issues, put in a support ticket.
