Thread: Cant access sohoadmin page?

Hi, I am very new to this and am finding it very frustrating. I tried to download the soholaunch program and did everything correctly but when I go to my admin login page, it is giving me some other page. Here is my page http://alainasattic.com/sohoadmin

I also read that I would have to do a complete account reset, which I thought I did but apparently not because the same page is still coming up. This isnt as easy as they made it seem.

Your domain isnt pointed to the vodahost server correctly. l Where did you buy the name? You will have to point it to the server and give it 24 hours or so to propogate correctly.

we are having the same problem how do we do that Karen

In your welcome email, you woud have gotten the information for your servers

ns.vodahost.com or ns20 vodahost.com etc

Log in to your domain registrar and in your tools to manage your domains you type in those server numbers. Should have two of them. Some of the newer servers are just one.. just type it in twice.

If bought from vodahost you login to vodahost billing or vbs. You should have that information in your welcome package as well and the link to it.
