Thread: Account Reset When Installing

I read that if I already have an existing website in my root folder, I need to request for a complete account reset before I can install SohoLaunch.

What I need to know is:

1) I currently have more than 10 websites in my hosting account. Will the account reset wipe out all my existing websites and 'empty out' my account ? (sorry, but that's the impression I get from the word "reset")

2) Can I just add-on a domain instead, then install SL to that add-on domain? Sure saves the trouble of reseting the account right?

3) What actually happens during an account reset?

Sorry, if these questions seem kinda dumb....

You only need a reset if you have an existing website on your root public_html folder.....if not you do not need one....
