Thread: Error 500, wont load up soho tool

I have submitted a support ticket as well but does anyone know how to stop Error 500, internal server error, from comming up as it is stopping the soho builder tool from comming up.

Well its coming up now. If its a new account it probably hadnt propogated yet. Your login is coming up fine too!

Hum well what did you do then? because when I log in the pop-up thing comes up but it displays error 500 instead of the site builder.

Site and login both came up fine. You might clear your temp files and cache and maybe even reboot.

I cant login cuz i dont have the passwords, but, it shows up as tho you should be able to. If after all that, and its NOT a new account, then put in a support ticket, but looking from it here it seems to be fine.
