Thread: Can I Change My Domain Name

Hi, I was building an ecommerce site with SL installed on domain1.com. However, in the midst of building my store, I decided to abandon the project totally, and start work on another ecommerce store with domain2.com. My question is:

1) Can SL be removed/deleted from domian1.com?
2) Can I now install SL on domain2.com, such that I still have only one SL per hosting account? (Basically, I just wanna change over from domain1.com to domain2.com)

I think so. As long as it cant find a previous install i think it will be ok. If you run into issues, put in a support ticket, but i think it can be done without it.

Make sure that domain2 is an addon or subdomain with NOTHING else installed and make sure you UNINSTALL thru fantastico.
