Thread: accounts to be complete reset to have soho installed

If we have already a wesbsite (Joomla) at our domain and we wish to install soho.we were advised to request desk support for a compete account reset.Does this mean we cannot have joomla or other website at main root at our domain and must have soho at the main root of domain.

If this is the case, then is it that original website shall become sub domain.If this is the case how would be the original url of the website shall be? or we have to reinstall it again ?

soho must be installed to a CLEAN DIRECTORY, so make an addon or a sub and install it to that directory. The reason that was posted is because people try to install two or three builders into ONE location so it will then require a reset. If you KNOW what you are doing and you make the subdomain or addon domain and then clearly point soho to that folder when installing you will be fine.
