Thread: How to remove instllation of soholaunch and to reinstall?

Hi, I have removed all MYSQL data base and user, I don't know how to deal with the Fantastico setting as outlined below and about Manual Removal, please advise.Thank

Missing file - removal aborted

A necessary component needed for removal could not be found. Please remove this installation manually. Additionally delete:
- The MySQL database "fbidxwum_sope1"
- The MySQL user "fbidxwum_sope1"
- The Fantastico settings file "/home/fbidxwum/.fantasticodata/Soholaunch Pro Edition/xuankong-liufa.com|"
The manual removal is done, remove this installation from the Fantastico registry.

I am not 100% sure but I think that with Soholaunch you would need to ask tech support to reset your account. Might be worth a ticket to ask them. I am pretty sure I have seen this answered in this way before.
