Thread: Please can someone help? Strange problem!

Hi all hope you are all well! I have a problem with a newly installed template. If you have a look at my home page www.classjewellers.co.uk there is a white line where the top menu is but it is going across the menu title on the left blocking the title. It is fine on all other pages just the home page is effected. I have opened a support ticket but they told me to ask here? Please can anyone help?

Hi, it seem like you need to bring one of your images to the front or maybe move one of them back via the right click on the image.

Thanks for your quick reply - forgive me but im still quite new to this im using soho shopiing to build the website. How do I alter the images on soho or can it not be done with this?

Ah! my apologies, i keep saying the soho should have a different colored thread, or i should open my eye's. lol . Cant help you on this one, but it will bump it up the forum again.

Are you applying this template via the template manager as the site base template? Or are you adding it page by page. It makes a difference in how it attributes some of the properties

It appears you purchased a customized template. Contact the designer to fix the issue, or where ever you purchased it from.
