Thread: Accessing Soho

I was trying to get int soho control panel, I typed in the browser www.gyratingin2virtualearth.com/sohoadmin then I get the following message: could any of the moderator advise me as to what I am doing wrong?

You dont have SOHO installed in that domain or directory correctly. Uninstall it thru fantastico, and then make sure you have a Clean Directory to install to. If you dont know what DOESNT belong there, put in a support ticket for an account reset.

i trying to install soholaunch and it say : "you can not install more than one script on your root directory" , I made a mistake and previously choose wordpress
how can erase or uninstall wordpress option? I try erasing all wp files from file administrator but I still cant install soholaunch PLEASE HELP !!!

Well at this point if wordpress is still there, you need to UNINSTALL it from fantastico. If you just went and deleted it, I am sure if you try now it will give you errors, but try anyway, and then install soho. Might be easier to just put in a support ticket and have the account reset and soho installed for you.

how can i put a support ticket ?? where are the tikects, I´m sorry it is so new for me I feel like a Child lost in the city
