Thread: Page not displaying properly

Hello I am having a small problem that is really frustrating me to no end.
After editing my page with the text editor in soholaunch, after I update and then check my page online, it either does not save my work or only saves my changes partially.

As an example. If I double space between my paragraphs then after saving my work and checking it, all my paragraphs are bunched together with no spacing at all.

What would cause this? I hope someone can give me a suggestion as this is really slowing my progress down not to mention my desire to even continue with soholaunch.

Is your cart up to date? Have you checked the HELP button and ran the diagnostics, and set the permissions correctly? Is your version of Java up to date?

Go to your admin icon, and its like 3rd or 4th tab over on the top. Says software, I think.. I look at it and dont see it anymore.

Ok I have now done all that was suggested and it still will not display properly. I am at my wits end. This stupid problem is preventing me from developing my web page. I have even tried resetting everything and starting over from scratch and that did not solve the issue either. So any more suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Welll I cant tell you more without logging in myself. Put in a support ticket is your best option.

I did put in a support ticket and was told that they do not deal with soholaunch issues, I would have to read the manual.

I believe it is time to escalate this issue.

They DO deal with soho issues as is licensed, they have SOHO do the work.
