Hi there. I am setting up an online store with not too many products (about 30) and I want to allow people to purchase using their credit/debit cards. I understand that I need a merchant account, ssl cert etc so I created a merchant account with paypal - however, when someone clicks to buy, they are redirected to a paypal form when I actually want them to stay in my site. I have studied the paypal options for doing this and it doesnt list soholaunch as a shopping cart which would allow this. Can anyone help me? Should I just use osCommerce instead?

You have chose paypal business/premier which is a FREE account, not a merchant account. You have to use paypal PRO which is a merchant account. Any time you use the FREE one you are going to go to their site to check out. Doesnt matter WHAT cart you use Karen
